Protecting children and youth is vital to the ministry of any church or camp. You may think child sexual abuse can’t happen at your church or ministry camp, but it can happen easily if your ministry team and workers aren’t prepared and properly equipped. Just having a written policy in place isn’t the answer. So how do we create a safe environment for our children, an environment that parents, grandparents and guardians can trust is safe?

On this week’s TAB News, co-hosts Jennifer Rash and Debbie Campbell talk with attorneys Kimberlee Norris and Gregory Love, founders of MinistrySafe and Abuse Prevention Systems. The husband-wife team has more than 20 years’ experience working with legal cases related to child sexual abuse. MinistrySafe has trained more than 1 million people on six continents through live and online courses.

Following the 30-minute interview, TAB staff members and correspondents will present an audio digest of this week’s issue including news, features, Dr. Batson’s Theology 101 column and Sunday School commentaries.
